Once we have submitted your resume we will then handle your diary for you, booking interviews at times which are suitable for you.   We will make sure your interviews are managed well, so you feel in control and know at all times, what your interviewing for and when it is happening.

When you do not use an agency it can be quite difficult to organise interviews when your working full time yourself – so let us take this stress away from you and organise your interviews when we know you are free.

When it comes to the interview day – you will feel fully equipped to go for the interview as your nominated consultant will have given you all the information you need to succeed.  This has got to be one of the biggest advantages of using Eclypse Recruitment, we have inside knowledge we can pass onto you.    It can make the difference between you being employed or someone else.  

After the interview again your consultant will be there to talk through any worries you may have or to congratulate you on getting through to next phase or getting the job!  Your consultant will be there throughout each step for you – giving advise and support throughout the hiring process.   Furthermore, we will be able to give the clients feedback ASAP as we like to speak with clients immediately after the interview to gain their feedback on how you have done.

A further advantage of using Eclypse Recruitment is that we will handle the Offer Stage of the process for you.    When it comes to negotiating salary, packages and other details of the offer it looks better on you, the candidate, to have a third party negotiate for you, rather than doing it yourself.   Again it comes across more professional and will be well managed.   

At this stage Eclypse also manage closely the CRB and References, chasing to get them back sooner rather than later so you can start you new job ASAP!
