Advertising Budget:

Each year Eclypse Recruitment spends thousands upon thousands of pounds to make sure are hitting every possible candidate who is looking for employment.   We advertise on specialist and generic job boards as well as local and national sites to increase our presence in the market.  We know how important it is to get your jobs out there which is why advertising annually is our biggest spend.   

We are Pro-Active:

Recruitment is a very competitive market.  To get the right candidates and roles, as an agency, you have to be pro active. Going out and finding the right people and the right roles.  We make sure we are ahead of the game at every opportunity, keeping in regular contact with both candidates and clients and keeping a close eye on up and coming construction tenders for new build nursing homes and hospitals in the area.

Our Networking and Referral Programmes:

Within Nursing and Nurse Management on average 60% of potential candidates know how to use the internet to find a new position for themselves.   However, there are 40% of candidates who are looking for new positions, but are not quite sure how to go about it.  It is these unique candidates that Eclypse spend a large majority of their time trying to contact in order to bring you unique candidates that aren’t on any job boards and who you haven’t seen before.  

The Database:

Since Eclypse Recruitment was established we have been building a database full of NMC Registered 1^st and 2^nd Level Nurse, Deputy Managers, Nurse Managers, Area / Operational Managers and Clinical Nurse Specialists.  We have a very rich database full of candidates who are all interested in Private Healthcare opportunities.  They work with us because they know we can search for the right role for them.

We will be on hand when you need us.  Recruitment is not 9-5, Monday-Friday, and neither are we.
