Recruitment Agency
As
part of our service to our clients, we want to make you understand our
fee’s so that you feel you have received a high level of value in your
service from us.
Recruitment is an expensive and lucrative business. It
costs the Private Sector in this country each year around £27 billion.
So first of all, you will want to make sure that you have
chosen the right recruitment agency.
Make sure you are spending your money in the right areas, you
want to be confident you are working with the right people.
When you are first considering using a Recruitment Agency
you need to consider the following:-

Is the cost of not having the right candidate on
board losing value from your business. i.e. If your nursing home
is under occupied it may be due to the fact that families don’t feel
comfortable placing their loved ones in a Nursing Home which is
short on nurses. They will feel more inclined to place their loved
one in the home down the road which is fully staffed. Would a
nurse add value to your business, just be simply being there.

As well as value, what extra profit could a candidate
bring to you. Recruiting a Home Manager who is excellent at
marketing and increasing occupancy as well as strong on budget
management will increase your yearly revenue but quite a large
margin if you get the right candidate on board.
- Are
you ready to take nurse recruitment seriously and put time and money into finding
people who can add value to your business.
If you are at the stage where you are ready to recruit
through an agency you will be considering the cost and how effective
this form of recruitment will be for your business.
How is Eclypse Cost Effective?
- Some
agencies will charge a retaining fee in order for them to work on
your roles. However, Eclypse do not charge any such fee and only
charge a fee once a candidate has been found, interviewed, CRB
checked, references have come back and they have started
employment. Only then, once they have started work does a fee
become payable. This is a very cost effective way of recruiting
as you know you are not outlaying any costs at all until the right
candidate is on board.
- Some
clients in the past thought that advertising themselves was a
cheaper alternative to using Recruitment Agencies. Whilst in
figures one add in a local paper may cost less, will you actually
get anyone from the add. There is a higher level of risk here as
you are outlaying money before you have found anyone. It may be
that you have to place three of four ads in the paper before you
recruit someone. By this point you may have paid more than
what an agency would charge and also lost value to your business as
you have remained understaffed for a longer period of time.
- As
you will be working with a specialist agency it is more than likely
we will be able to find you the right candidate sooner, again saving
you money in the long run and not leaving you understaffed for long
periods of time.
