Referral Scheme for healthcare recruitment

Eclypse Recruitment, being a specialist nurse recruitment agency, deal with Nurses and Nurse Managers on a daily basis throughout the whole of the UK.

What we have discovered is that a lot of these people, generally, wouldn’t know where to look for roles which are specialist.   This is where Eclypse Recruitment’s Referral and Networking Scheme comes into play.

By constantly working on our Referral Programme and Networking Scheme Eclypse are striving to contact as many Nurses and Nurse Managers as possible to create a strong community referrals, for which we will pay £250 in vouchers.

If we find these referrals a new position, not only will the candidate be happy who has found their perfect job, but you will be as well as we will pay you £250 in vouchers, once they have been placed, for any store of your choice. 

To confirm Eclypse Recruitment will pay £250 in vouchers for the placement of a referral from you.   The referral fee is also per successful candidate we place, so the more people we place, the money you can earn.
